Intellivra Global is an IT staffing and consulting firm founded in 2021, with a US headquarters in Texas and a delivery centre in Hyderabad, India. We place pre-vetted engineers with enterprises and run managed delivery teams for work that is better bought as an outcome than as hours.

Our mission is to make technical hiring fast, honest and verifiable
The average enterprise engineering role in the United States takes over a month to fill, and a large share of that time is spent reading resumes that were never a real match. We think that is a solvable problem, and that solving it does not require pretending an algorithm can judge an engineer.
So we do three things differently. We keep a continuously vetted bench instead of starting from scratch on every requisition. We put a practising engineer in every technical interview and write down what they found. And we publish our rates and our margin when asked, because a staffing relationship that depends on the client not knowing the numbers is not a relationship worth having.

Every technical screen is run by someone who does the work. AI narrows the field; it never decides who is good.

The name
Why "Intellivra"
"Intellivra" joins intellectus, the Latin root behind intellect and understanding, with vara, a Sanskrit word meaning choice or excellence — the two halves of the business. The Latin half is the judgement we apply to a requisition; the Sanskrit half is the standard we hold candidates to, and a nod to the delivery team in Hyderabad who make up half the company.
"Global" is literal rather than aspirational: the company runs on two continents, and every client engagement is staffed from whichever side of that footprint fits the work, the budget and the time zone.

Intellivra Global is run by a small leadership team split between the US headquarters and the India delivery centre.
Chief Executive Officer
Sets commercial strategy and owns the largest client relationships. Based in Allen, Texas.
VP of Delivery
Owns managed team outcomes, delivery leads and the quality bar on every statement of work.
Head of Talent
Runs sourcing, the vetting pipeline and recruiter enablement across both offices.
Principal Engineer
Designs the technical screens, calibrates interviewers and advises on AI and data engagements.
