IT staffing and consulting services

Intellivra Global provides six IT services to US enterprises: staff augmentation, contract and contract-to-hire staffing, direct placement, AI and data engineering, cloud and DevOps, and outcome-based managed teams. Every engagement draws from the same vetted talent pool and the same 48-hour shortlist commitment.

Service 01

IT staff augmentation

IT staff augmentation is the practice of adding external engineers to an existing in-house team under the client's own management. Intellivra Global supplies those engineers on an hourly bill rate, typically within five to ten business days.

You keep the backlog, the standups and the definition of done. We carry payroll, benefits, insurance and compliance, and we replace anyone who is not working out inside the first 30 days at no extra cost. Engagements start at three months and roll month to month afterwards with two weeks' notice.

Common roles: senior full-stack, backend and frontend engineers, data engineers, cloud and platform engineers, SREs, QA automation engineers, business analysts and Scrum masters.

Service 02

Contract & contract-to-hire

Contract-to-hire lets a company evaluate an engineer on a contract basis before converting them to a permanent employee. Intellivra Global waives the conversion fee after six months of continuous billing.

This is the lowest-risk way to fill a role when the budget sits in operating expense rather than headcount, or when a team wants to see real work before committing. The consultant stays on our payroll, with health cover, PTO accrual and I-9 or E-Verify handled by us, and moves across on a date you choose.

We support H-1B transfers, OPT and CPT candidates where client policy allows, and we handle the immigration paperwork rather than pushing it to the candidate.

Service 03

Direct placement

Direct placement is permanent hiring: Intellivra Global sources, screens and closes a full-time employee for your payroll, billed at 18 to 22 percent of first-year base salary with a 90-day replacement guarantee.

Recruiters are organised by technology domain rather than by industry, so the person calling a Kubernetes engineer has placed Kubernetes engineers before and can hold a credible conversation about the role. We work contingent by default; retained search is available for leadership roles where confidentiality matters.

You get a written intake document, weekly pipeline reporting, structured interview feedback and offer management including counter-offer risk assessment.

Service 04

AI & data engineering solutions

Intellivra Global builds data platforms and production AI systems: lakehouse pipelines, feature stores, retrieval-augmented applications and the evaluation harnesses that keep them honest once they are live.

Most AI projects stall in the gap between a working prototype and something an enterprise can run. We close that gap: data contracts and lineage so pipelines fail loudly, offline and online evaluation so quality is measured rather than assumed, and model documentation written for the risk and compliance review that will inevitably follow.

Typical stack: Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Python, PyTorch, vector databases and the major model providers.

Service 05

Cloud & DevOps

Intellivra Global builds and hardens cloud platforms on AWS, Azure and GCP, and the delivery paths that run on them, so product teams ship more often without waiting on a central platform queue.

Work usually starts with a landing zone or an account structure that has grown organically, then moves to Terraform modules, a golden CI/CD path, Kubernetes baselines, and observability with SLOs that on-call engineers actually use. Cost optimisation is treated as an engineering deliverable, not a spreadsheet exercise.

Typical stack: Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.

Service 06

Managed teams

A managed team is an Intellivra Global delivery pod — a named lead, engineers and QA — that owns an agreed outcome under a statement of work, priced per sprint or per milestone rather than per hour.

Choose this when the work is definable and you would rather buy a result than manage contractors. We agree acceptance criteria before anything is built, report against them every sprint, and keep one person accountable for the whole thing. Teams can be US-based, blended with our India delivery centre, or fully offshore with a guaranteed four-hour overlap with your working day.

Typical pods: platform modernisation, data platform build-out, application migration, QA automation and sustained product engineering.

Choosing a model

Which engagement model fits the work?

The right model depends on three things: who manages the work day to day, where the budget sits, and how well the scope is defined.

Choose staff augmentation when

  • Your team manages the work and owns the backlog
  • Scope shifts sprint to sprint
  • You need capacity, not a delivery plan

Choose contract-to-hire when

  • Headcount is not approved yet, but the work is real
  • You want to validate fit before converting
  • You need someone starting in under two weeks

Choose a managed team when

  • The outcome can be written down and accepted
  • You do not have management bandwidth to spare
  • You want milestone pricing rather than hours

Service FAQ

Contracts, compliance and delivery questions

Which engagement model should we choose for a single hard-to-fill role?

For one hard-to-fill role, use direct placement if the work is permanent and funded from headcount, and contract-to-hire if the budget sits in operating expense or the team wants to validate fit first. Both routes draw from the same vetted talent pool at Intellivra Global.

What is the minimum contract length for staff augmentation?

The minimum staff augmentation engagement is three months, with a two-week notice period after the first 30 days. Shorter advisory engagements are handled as fixed-scope statements of work instead.

Can Intellivra Global staff an entire offshore delivery team?

Yes. Intellivra Global runs blended teams with US-based leads and engineers in the India delivery centre, with a minimum four-hour overlap with US business hours and a single point of accountability for delivery.

How long does it take to stand up a managed team?

A managed team of four to six people is typically productive within three weeks: one week for scoping and acceptance criteria, one week for staffing from the vetted bench, and one week for environment access and onboarding.

Who owns the intellectual property created during an engagement?

The client owns all work product. Intellivra Global assigns intellectual property in the master services agreement, and every consultant signs a matching assignment and confidentiality agreement before the engagement starts.

Does Intellivra Global provide background checks and drug screening?

Yes. Standard onboarding includes identity and right-to-work verification, a seven-year criminal background check and employment verification. Drug screening, fingerprinting and client-specific checks such as OIG or FINRA are available on request.

How does Intellivra Global handle rate transparency?

Intellivra Global discloses the pay rate, the bill rate and the margin on request for any contract placement, and shares the market rate data used to set the range so procurement can benchmark the number independently.

What happens if a placed consultant is not performing?

Raise it with the account lead and Intellivra Global starts a replacement search the same day. Contract placements carry a 30-day replacement guarantee and direct placements 90 days, and hours billed for the replacement search are not charged.

Send the role or the problem statement. We will recommend an engagement model, a realistic timeline and a rate range — even when the answer is that you do not need us.
